You don’t have to exclude shrimp, fish, oysters, crabs. But steaks people eat the fat and they drink sodas and junk, but you cocksuckers in the city walk a lot and that’s the differenvce in Europe. The people walk all the time. I walked while I was there all day and felt great. If you want to lose weight you should walk 5 hours a day on the weekend. I’m telling you tell Horton and all those people with those exercise tapes to stick them up their ass. ten minutes of hard exercise is not good

Just grow gardens and eat nothing but fish and chicken and eat your fruits and veggies no junk food and be done with it. They are makinmg you fat because they keep messing with the food. Who would have guessed whole wheat bread was bad? I mean no matter what you eat they can make it bad. They can screw up broccoli and brussel sprouts. Just avoid all the junk food. You can’t just eat anything anymore.

Not going to watch this. You cannot lump animal fats and junk food fats together, you need to at least try to study them seperately. Even within “animal fats” is tremendous variety, of both source and preparation.

Not seeing the full episode, I don’t know if my critical comments are valid, but to talk about good/bad oils and not mention hydrogenated fats is plain stupid. Brain is like 90% cholesterol and needs it for proper functioning. What you do not need, and is a toxic, is hydrogenated oils/fats. For a healthy brain you do need organic butter, fish oil, animal fats, etc. – avoid HYDROGENATED fats!
He is wrong in many areas! Leading people towards carbs is where ALL dis-ease begins. Look at the Paleo Diet. 98% of Genes are from our Ancestors… In addition he does not take into account the QUALITY/Source of the ingested Fat. Trans Fats are chemicals are known toxins. GRASS FED Beef But Pasture, Butter, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Eggs Almonds, Walnuts etc are ALL healthy choices provided they come from Organic Sources. Lot’s of incorrect info here! Would love to debate this man!!!
An additional note …The brain needs cholesterol. Statin drugs deprive the brain of that cholesterol. They have other side-effects, too, such as sore muscles. Some side of statins are not reversible. If you must take a statin, be sure to take CoQ10 or Ubuititol (spelling?)which are natural supplements. One heart doctor says to only take the statins once every second day. He also says it is better to take none.
Eliminate statin drugs, too, if you want to avoid Alzheimers. Statin drugs are cholesterol-lowering drugs and have different names such as Lipitor. A lady taking Lipitor noticed footprints on her front porch. She thot someone had tried to break into her home. Upon further investigation, she realized the tracks were her own but she did not remember being outside. She also discovered it was Friday when she thot is was Tuesday. She had lost 3 days. Do a Search on the ‘net and see for yourself.
Fat for sure? May be animal products in general and fat specifically. Whatever, change to vegan for good health.
