u should stretch before! eat something filling an hour before. Other than that it’s normal. But you should stop when it starts hurting a lot cause that means you’ve reached your limit. After doing it for a while it’ll stop hurting. :)

Thank you these videos. I walk 2.5 miles a day and want something to kick it up for nasty lazy core and I found it.
I started doing this 3 days ago the first day after working out I was feeling it in places ive never been sore, and was really shakey and it was pretty hard. Day 4 and it’s getting so much easier and the videos seem to go faster and I don’t wanna stop! :) how many calories does this burn though?
I did Jillian Michaels workout 15 min out of 35 mins. It killed my thighs and it was supposed to be an ab workout. I did this and I got more of a work out on my abs. I love it. Plus I never had to get on the floor. Ill be doing this everyday! Thanks Tiff!
this is a good exercise to get rid of love handles. my bf said that my love handles has become thinner in 2 weeks. thanks a lot, tiffany! ^_^

you should be stretching thoroughly beforehand with any workout, and if you’re drinking water, take sips. Try to eat a good healthy meal half an hour to an hour before and something like a handful of nuts or spoonful of peanut butter is great for protein and muscle building.
