what is wrong with his nose ??? his nose it is nice.
i cant take my eyes off ur nose.
Wouldn’t lifting the weight slowly increase the time under tension? What does lifting quickly do?
I have a question, I started lifting weights consistently last year and my strength has gone up considerably. I mean I can do 90lb dumbbell press, bench 225, squat around 275, however, I don’t look very muscular. I mean I don’t look skinny or out of shape but I don’t have big muscular arms like a lot of other weight lifters. At the gym I always lift heavy to get myself stronger. Should I change it up to get muscular definition? Does cardio/nutrition have anything to do with it? Thanks
Should I continue or Should i discontinue? Man.. I need the body build but I need to grow tall also ’cause i am a baller..
What is “the wrong way” ?
What if I don’t eat enough? I’ve been eating my muscles the past six years at gym.
LOL. I noticed his fucked up nose and gas chamber eyes too.
No, he didn’t know
He knows that mate, but he decided to take the high road instead…
Wow, losers like you still exist? Really?
He meant it as an insult…
why im having a hard time improving my pectoralis muscle, does it have something to do with genetics?its lil bit frustrating.
Nope. Just good genetics I guess.
you have a work out for that nose too?
What do you mean “put tension” on the muscle?
Can hear your elbows clicking every time your “POWERING UP” surely this is not a good thing?
how about for fat guys? almost everyone starts bodybuilding from skinny…but im fat and i want that goal!
Well yeah with minimal rest I ment like 30~ seconds and another tip for ectomorphs, use explosive sets! High weight low reps, then a bit lighter weight and more reps.. gets you that shredded look!
I wouldn’t say “minimal” rest. A low amount of rest between sets like 40 seconds is great though. But if you can make gains with MINIMAL rest, keep it up!
Ectomorphs should use high weights low reps and minimal rests or am I wrong? … It has been working for me the past months.. made all kindddddd of gaaainnzzzzz
It varies depending on the protocol. For muscle size, somewhere about 40-60s. For strength, 2-3 minutes is a good protocol.
How long should an ectomorph rest between the sets ?
does he really need a doctor next to him when talking about training? lol
the secret is the diet and workout. protein shakes and protein powder are for people who are realy weak..
