Dont give up! I’ve lost 55 pounds all together and I have to say while I was eating very healthy, I wouldn’t have lost all the fat without lots and lots of cardio exercise! Try working out 30 mins a day to built your endurance, pretty soon you will LOVE working out! Good luck on your weight loss journey!

Hi there! I just found you today and your weight loss results are so inspiring! I am 33yo and 5’4, also PCOD and IR. I had a baby a year and a half ago and got up to 199lbs. After baby I lost 25lbs in 3 weeks and sat at 174 since then. This Christmas I got up to 178 but I have started a weight loss plan and have gotten down to 168lbs. I started doing zumba daily about a week ago at home. I will keep checking for your updates and hopefully I lose some weight this week!

@21lovehate – thank you :) and I’m no longer insulin resistant the vitamins and supplements I’ve been taking for a year now really helped with that. As for metformin I believe that your body can heal itself if you can just change ur whole lifestyle, that’s wats been working for me… Let me know how the buckwheat works for you :) don’t give up you can do it!
