Guys, build muscle doesn’t have to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Proladox Diet Plan. Seriously, that program has transformed my life. I probably shouldn’t even be mentioning it cause I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same “game” but whatever, I’m in a great mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

@l544jkl I can’t agree with you! The best way to lose weight is to do 5 or 6 small meals a day besides there are many to enjoy all foods and lose weight at the same time in a totally healthy way, a doctor told me that!
